Empire y Transparent lideran las nominaciones a los premios TCA 2015

El drama de Fox, Empire, y la comedia de Amazon, Transparent, encabezan las nominaciones a los premios TCA 2015 con cuatro, entre ellas la de mejor serie del año. Sin embargo, la cadena que más nominaciones ha obtenido de la Asociación de Críticos de América ha sido HBO con siete, seguida de ABC, CBS, AMC y FX con cinco. Además cabe resaltar las tres de The CW, dos para Jane The virgin y otra para The Flash.

Entre los actores nominados, en estos premios se reconoce al intérprete en una sola categoría que une tanto a actores como actrices para drama y otra similar para comedia, se encuentran Viola Davis, Jon Hamm, Matthew Rhys, Bob Odenkirk, Jeffrey Tambor, Gina Rodriguez o Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Los ganadores serán anunciados el ocho de agosto como parte de la gira de prensa de verano de la asociación.
